Subscriptions are handled securely by Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to cancel or change your plan.
If the graph isn't showing data, check your permissions. Go to iPhone Settings > Health > Data Access > Caffeine Curfew and ensure all switches are ON.
