Information We Handle

Puzzle subjects and generated puzzle content

When you ask the app to generate a custom word search, the subject you enter and the generated puzzle request are sent to our generation service so a word list can be created. That service may use third-party infrastructure and artificial intelligence providers to process the request.

Local app data

Your saved puzzles, favorites, solve progress, settings, cosmetic unlocks, and free generation count are stored locally on your device.

Purchases and subscriptions

Auto-renewing subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide subscription status information that lets the app unlock Pro features.

Diagnostics and support

If you share diagnostics with Apple or contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as crash details, device information, screenshots, or the contents of your support message.

Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Server-side operational records, if created, are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and service operation.

• You can delete saved puzzles and local progress in the app where deletion controls are available.
• You can uninstall the app to remove app data stored on your device.
