Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of Imagine: Word Search, provided by Garrett Woodside. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Apple Standard EULA

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your license to use the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls where required by Apple.

Using the App

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational word search play. You are responsible for the subjects you enter and the content you choose to save, share, or submit for puzzle generation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app or related services. This includes attempts to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, bypass subscription controls, generate unlawful or harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Generated Content

The app can generate word lists and puzzles from subjects you provide. Generated content may be imperfect, repetitive, unavailable, or inaccurate. You should review generated content before sharing it. We may limit, filter, or refuse generation requests to protect users and maintain service quality.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Imagine: Word Search offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system.

• Monthly Pro: auto-renewing monthly access to Pro features.
• Yearly Pro: auto-renewing yearly access to Pro features.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country, region, taxes, promotions, and Apple's pricing rules.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Free trials or promotional offers, if offered, are subject to the terms shown by Apple at the time of purchase.

Pro Features

Pro features may include unlimited custom word search generation, the premium archive, optional hints, premium sharing styles, and saved local progress features described in the app. Features may change over time as long as active subscribers continue to receive the subscription benefits required by applicable law and Apple's rules.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. You can request help through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

Intellectual Property

The app, design, software, artwork, text, and related materials are owned by Garrett Woodside or licensed for use in the app. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its materials to you.

No Warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated puzzles will meet every expectation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garrett Woodside will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or limit access to app services if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for the app, users, or service providers.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date above and provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
